1.Training objectives

This major cultivates special talents with senior engineering technology and high-quality management who have the knowledge basis of transportation system analysis and planning, road traffic facilities design, traffic system management and control, road traffic safety, and master the basic theory of traffic engineering, professional instructions, engineering skills and innovative methods, and have the ability of engineering design and solving complex engineering problems.

After graduation, students can be engaged in planning and design, technology development, application innovation, organization and management in the field of transportation, as well as basic scientific research, teaching, management and planning in education, scientific research and other departments.

2. Business training requirements

The students of this major mainly study and master the basic theory and knowledge of transportation system analysis and design, management and control, and accept the basic training of transportation system planning, design, control and evaluation, and master the knowledge and skills of transportation system informatization, intelligence, and modern transportation technology.

Graduates should have the following knowledge and abilities:

7. Graduation qualification standards

(1)good ideological, moral and physical qualities, in line with the moral and physical education standards set by the school;

(2)All teaching links specified in the training program are completed, 169 credits required in each link of the major are obtained, including 147 credits for teaching various courses and 22 credits for independent practice teaching;

(3)8 credits for extracurricular training plan are obtained.
